An archival (MAM-A Gold) CD-ROM comes with this edition. It has a PDF version of the complete book, with high resolution images you can zoom into. The CD-ROM Edition, though not limited, is also signed and numbered. It usually ships the same day or next business day, except during book fairs or conferences.

There are three
versions of this
catalog available.
The Limited and Deluxe Editions are hand made to order. Please allow two weeks
for your copy to be shipped. 
The
CD-ROM is included with the paper editions. It includes a PDF version of
the catalog with high resolution images, an html (web style) checklist
with images of all 300 designs, and the database file of the exhibition.
Librarians
use this information to
remove books from circulation and bring them to the Special Collections
environment, saving them from further wear or loss. Curators,
collectors and dealers use the information to
purchase the few
remaining copies of books that are available.
